HELIOWORX is the authorised assembler and distributor for Hensel Electric Products in Egypt. We offer Hensel's wide range of products and components including the ENYSUN range of Photovoltaic combiner boxes. HELIOWORX provides engineering services, assembly, supply and electrical installation for its partners.

Hensel Electric Provides German made IP65/66 enclosures and accessories which are suitable for a very wide range of Photovoltaic projects. We provide DC combiner boxes, AC inverter collectors, Protection and Metering Boxes and any other customisable Electric Panel.


IP65/66 Polycarbonate Enclosures

Using Hensel Electric's modular enclosure system, HELIOWORX provides all sizes and protection classes for photovoltaic applications. Using the Hensel Modular system we can assemble distribution and protection panels unto 630 A. We specialise in DC combiner boxes and inverter collectors.
 Cables (XLPE/PVC) - 1000VDC

Partnering with local and international manufacturers, HELIOWORX offers the full range of special cables required for any Photovoltaic power plant. Our partnerships with certified vendors from around the world allows us to provide DC solar cables, AC cables, and special battery cables.
Switchgear (AC and DC)

At HELIOWORX, we use switchgear from BREMAS, TELERGON, SOCOMEC and others to cover the range of DC protection required by all photovoltaic applications, for ratings up to 250 A.
Accessories

HELIOWORX provides a wide range of panel building accessories such as Cable glands, MC4 connectors, vents, DIN rails and copper bus bars and much more to cover all panel building requirements.
Surge Protection Devices (Class II)

HELIOWORX offers the best in class surge protection devices for off-grid and on-grid photovoltaic systems for voltages up to a DC voltage of 1500 V. We also help our partners in designing the electrical safety parameters of their projects.
Fuse Links and Fuse Holders (1000VDC)

HELIOWORX offers fuse links and fuse holders for every photovoltaic application. starting from 5A up to 500A and for DC voltage ratings up to 1500 V. Our partnerships with MERSEN and other major international manufacturers allows us to provide the best in class string protection for your project.
String Monitoring Devices

HELIOWORX assembles HENSEL ELECTRIC'S ENYSUN products, with string monitoring devices up to 24 strings with real time wired/wireless communications.
Earthing Pits and Earthing Supplies

At HELIOWORX, we believe in safe energy and safe projects, this is why we offer to design, supply and install earthing pits for any Photovoltaic Installation. We also provide other consultancy services such as the earth testing.
